Advertiser, Exhibitor and Sponsor Opportunities
CMA's annual conference provides a valuable opportunity to directly reach hundreds of committed Catholic physicians, health care professionals, clergy and laity. In addition, sponsorship opportunities are available for those who would like to provide much-needed support for the conference (which cannot cover all costs through the registration price).
EXHIBITOR OPPORTUNITIES
Centrally located outside the events ballroom, your exhibit booth will be seen from Thursday morning until noon Saturday. The exhibitor fee covers the cost of a 6’ skirted table, listing in the conference program book, and breakfasts and lunches for one (1) exhibitor. Additional tables are $150. Additional charges apply for electricity, telephone/data services, or equipment rental.
Fees:
- $1,250 For-Profit Company
- $750 Non-Profit Company—Selling Products
- $350 Non-Profit Company—Not Selling Products
